Matt Dever

Matt is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Emit Capital, bringing more than 25 years of professional funds-management experience across global equities, climate finance, and power markets. Over the past two decades, he has worked closely with international investors, utilities, and project developers across renewable energy, energy efficiency, and low-emissions technology—building deep expertise in electricity markets, grid dynamics, and the commercial forces shaping the global energy transition.
As a high performing CIO, Matt has led Emit Capital to become a high-conviction, globally focused investment manager recognised for its ability to identify structural growth opportunities in AI infrastructure, clean energy, and critical grid technologies. He has been involved in the evolution of the global emissions-trading system, renewable-energy project development, and M&A activity across the clean-energy value chain.
Driven by a commitment to accelerating the shift to a net-zero economy, Matt founded Emit Capital to give investors institutional-grade access to the world’s most important transformation themes. Under his leadership, Emit Capital has remained at the forefront of climate and power-market innovation—combining disciplined portfolio construction with forward-looking research to deliver strong, risk-adjusted performance.
Roger McIntosh

Roger is a funds management executive with significant experience gained across leading investment funds over the last 20 years. Formerly the Head of Global Equities and Investment Strategy & Research at Vanguard Australia, Roger led portfolio management teams responsible for AUM over AUD 40 billion.
Roger is a highly experienced quantitative analyst and Portfolio Manager, leading the fund’s stock analysis, portfolio construction, and investment risk management activities. An industry leader, Roger is also involved in enhancing market practitioner and wider community quantitative knowledge of financial and investment challenges, as a member of the Melbourne sub-committee for the Institute of Quantitative Research in Finance, Q-Group Australia. Roger is also a guest lecturer at RMIT and LaTrobe Universities providing real-world insight into current portfolio management topics.
Craig Jackett
Partner, Head of Investor Relations
Craig is a seasoned business executive with over 27 years of experience in marketing and communications. At Emit Capital, he oversees the organisation's overall operations and utilises his extensive expertise to effectively promote the company and its underlying investment themes.
Having held leadership roles in various industries, including environmental initiatives, Craig is well-versed in driving positive change. He is a strong advocate for ethical investment practices and firmly believes in their potential to shape a resilient future.
Craig's commitment to sustainable business practices extends beyond Emit Capital. He actively participates in industry discussions and collaboration through his memberships in the Design Business Council and Design Yak. Additionally, he lends his advisory insights to several other organizations, contributing to their growth and impact.
With his diverse background and passion for ethical investment, Craig plays a pivotal role in guiding Emit Capital toward a sustainable and impactful future.

Yanchen is a motivated financial analyst with a solid foundation in commerce and information technology. Currently, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) and a Master of IT (Artificial Intelligence) from the University of Melbourne. Yanchen's academic background complements his professional pursuits, allowing him to apply analytical and computational skills effectively in financial analysis.
At Emit Capital Asset Management, Yanchen leverages his technical proficiency to enhance the portfolio management team, contributing valuable insights that drive informed decision-making. Sudipta Ghosh

Passionate about identifying high-quality companies on the leading edge of transformative change, Sudipta is a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years' experience, specializing in both domestic and global equities. Her markets experience is complemented by a foundation in unlisted markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy. In her previous role at Grok Ventures, Sudipta conducted in-depth research in pivotal global themes including impact investing, decarbonization, and supply chains, cementing her passion in this growing field.
Sudipta’s career trajectory highlights her innovative approach, analytical and strategic acumen, and her capacity to formulate high-conviction views while also challenging prevailing investment paradigms. Sudipta boasts a comprehensive understanding of diverse sectors, including decarbonization, technology, retail, financials, and infrastructure, offering a holistic and insightful perspective.
